Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and experienced Construction Sales Representative to focus primarily on commercial tenant improvement (TI) and local commercial construction sales. This role is ideal for someone with strong construction sales experience who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and contributing directly to company growth. This position combines field-based selling with flexible scheduling and remote work options—offering autonomy, growth opportunity, and meaningful impact. Requirements What We’re Looking For Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably within construction, commercial TI, or related B2B/field sales Strong understanding of construction services and processes, including general contracting and tenant improvement workflows (highly preferred) Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-starter with a performance-driven mindset, comfortable working independently Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple opportunities simultaneously Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required (travel reimbursements provided)
