JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Construction Equipment Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of construction equipment to businesses in the industry. Your expertise in B2B sales, coupled with your strong communication skills, will enable you to build lasting relationships with clients and effectively meet their equipment needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction or technology sectors.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and techniques relevant to equipment sales.
  • Experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferred.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to understand technical specifications of construction equipment and convey this information effectively to clients.
  • Demonstrated business development skills with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
