Responsibilities

You will be the face of Kaise Construction in the field, guiding homeowners and property managers through the journey from first contact to project completion:

  • Engage Qualified Leads: Schedule and conduct in‑home consultations with prospects who’ve expressed interest
  • Generate New Opportunities: Canvass assigned neighborhoods and commercial districts to expand your pipeline
  • Develop Tailored Proposals: Assess each property, recommend the right combination of windows, roofing, HVAC, or exterior upgrades, and prepare clear, compelling quotes
  • Follow a Proven Process: Adhere to our structured sales methodology — from discovery, presentation, and negotiation through to contract signing
