    We’re seeking a Residential Construction Sales Representative to drive new business opportunities and foster relationships with existing clients. You will play a pivotal role in growing our client base by understanding customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service. This person possesses a knowledge of residential construction, a background in sales/marketing, and strong interpersonal communication skills. They must generate enough estimates and sales volume to support the company’s goals and objectives.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Is personally aligned with JLV’s core values and demonstrates them with intention and action
  • Sales experience 5+ years, residential construction sales experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints, perform material take-offs, and discuss plans with architects, project
  • managers, interior designers, etc
  • Client management/relationships

Responsibilities
