Preferred Qualifications · Asta Powerproject experience strongly preferred. · Experience building standardized scheduling processes across multiple teams/projects. · Experience supporting commercial construction, specialty trades, or multi-site programs. Success Measures · Can independently maintain schedules for 15+ projects with consistent weekly updates. · PMs are engaged and schedule meetings are productive, data-driven, and on time. · Leadership receives reliable forecasts and early warning on schedule risk/constraints. · Schedules reflect real sequencing and become a tool teams actually use (not a compliance document). Work Style / Core Competencies · Career-minded scheduler: motivated by planning, sequencing, logic, and continuous improvement. · People-forward: can influence without authority, collaborate, and hold teams accountable tactfully. · Organized operator: thrives in a fast-moving environment with multiple priorities. · Analytical + pragmatic: balances schedule theory with jobsite reality.
Responsibilities
The scheduler will be responsible for building and maintaining detailed schedules for over 15 concurrent construction projects, leading bi-weekly update meetings to gather progress and validate schedule logic across all activities.
