JMT's Project Controls team is seeking a Construction Scheduler/Risk Management Professional for their Corporate office in Hunt Valley, Maryland. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential risks on various construction projects related to Water and Sewer main infrastructure upgrades. This position supports project managers, engineers, and leadership by providing clear schedule visibility, identifying risks, and ensuring that project timelines remain realistic and achievable. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, proven experience in schedule risk management, and a professional certification such as AACE International’s DRMP. Essential Functions and Responsibilities * Tracks the status of critical activities impacting the project * Monitors program milestones and interdependencies * Analyzes project planning, schedule updates and delays * Provides alerts on items impacting the project schedule * Identifies the critical path and suggests alternatives to regain slippage to the schedule * Develop strategies for negotiating claims * Provides technical support in claims litigation * Write and prepare technical reports * Attend meetings and lead discussions on project status Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities * Perform other related duties as assigned
