We are currently looking for an Service Manager to join our team in Etobicoke, On.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Service Manager will oversee all post-construction service operations, including warranty work, maintenance, and client support for completed ICI projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and client relationship skills to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency. The Service Manager will work closely with clients, project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues promptly and uphold the company’s reputation for quality.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in ICI construction, with at least 2 years in a leadership or service management role.
  • Strong understanding of Ontario Building Code, construction contracts, and warranty requirements.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) is an asset.
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.

Licences/Certifications (an asset)

  • Gold Seal Certification, PMP, or similar construction-related certifications.
  • Working at Heights, WHMIS, and other relevant safety training.
