SALARY: UP TO £40,000 PLUS COMPANY CAR AND BONUS

We are seeking a Construction Services Site Controller to join our team in Leeds to cover Yorkshire & the North East.
The role is critical to operational efficiency and risk management of our on-site functions, being responsible for managing a successful deliver of projects on site including collaboration with internal stakeholders, monitoring health and safety, legal and programme compliance as well as an opportunity to travel.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for someone who has:
· Strong experience in construction related roles with a broad knowledge of construction relating to Groundworks. Including materials, trades, H&S related considerations, building methods and legal requirements
· Great communications skills, being collaborative whilst driving efficiencies and best practice
· Experience with a fast paced construction environment at supervisor / management level
· Proven experience of managing health and safety relating to Site Operations (to include preparation of RAMS)
· Proven competence in interpreting construction information (surveys, drawings, specifications and the like)
· A full UK driving licence
