SERVPRO Team Wall is hiring a Construction Services Technician to support small-scale construction projects with hands-on work and jobsite coordination. If you have experience in trades like carpentry, drywall, painting, or flooring—and take pride in quality craftsmanship—this could be a great fit. What You'll Do: Perform skilled construction tasks (carpentry, drywall, flooring, etc.) Assist with subcontractor coordination and material deliveries Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and accuracy Provide daily project updates and track progress Help maintain budget, schedule, and overall project organization Mitigation experience and IICRC certifications are a plus Preferred Skills: 1-3+ years of carpentry experience preferred Experience in multiple trades; bonus if you’ve worked with tile, carpet, roofing, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC Detail-oriented with strong work ethic Tech-savvy enough to use scheduling and reporting software Must have a professional appearance and great attitude Skills in rough and finish carpentry preferred Ability to measure, cut, paint/finish, and install trim preferred Flooring experience preferred Strong problem solving and customer service skill set A valid driver's license Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
