Job Description – Construction Site Admin (UAE Experience)
Position Title: Construction Site Administrator
Location: Project Site, UAE
Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years in a similar role within the UAE construction industry
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain and update site documentation, records, and registers.
· Manage daily attendance, time sheets, and labor records.
· Prepare and track site correspondence, material requests, and delivery notes.
· Coordinate with head office and subcontractors regarding site logistics and documentation.
· Ensure compliance with company and project documentation standards.
· Assist with mobilization and demobilization procedures for manpower and equipment.
· Maintain records of permits, inspections, and safety documentation.
· Provide administrative support to the site engineers and project managers.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Proven experience in site administration on construction projects in the UAE.
· Knowledge of document control systems and site procedures.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
· Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
