We’re leading the industry with our fast paced, high energy team environment, to build incredible projects on budget & ahead of schedule. Ocgrow in Calgary is looking for a Construction Site Coordinator/Supervisor to join our team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for the construction of multi family projects, with start up phase to post possession.
Important Note: A requirement for this position is that you MUST have at least 1-2+ year of onsite experience & be located in the Calgary area currently.
You must also have at least 1-2 years of site experience IN ALBERTA.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2+ years of proven Construction Site experience or similar in the new single family home or multi family sector
  • Solid knowledge of construction site operations and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, and effective Microsoft office & computer IT skills mandatory
  • Self motivated and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills
  • Well organized, detail oriented and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must provide a clean driver’s abstract
Responsibilities
  • Communicating with construction trades onsite and suppliers to schedule the delivery/installation of materials and labor
  • Oversee construction onsite daily from staking/excavation to final possession.
  • Coordinate, supervise and effective management the various trade partners and contractors on site, to achieve project completion ahead of schedule.
  • Ensure projects are in accordance to contract, code and built to applicable specifications and scope of work.
  • Ensure projects are on time and within budget and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance of all health and safety requirements.
