Job Summary: Shell Mobility and Convenience looking for a hard-working, dedicated Construction Foreman to join our growing team. The Construction Foreman is the front line operational and safety leader. The duties of our construction foreman will vary; however, they can expect to be responsible for daily scheduling, supervising all activities and tasks, and ensuring the safety and compliance at the site. Responsibilities * Operating as the site leader, on jobsite(s) full time. * Establishing a daily “Check In/Check Out” process with contractors. * Coordinate work of all contractors on site, - oversee the daily operation in a way that achieves successful completion of projects. * Ensures job site safety and quality of work - Enforcing HSSE standards as required including Incident Reporting. * Conduct and Record “Toolbox Talk” safety meeting on site daily. * Assists in permitting requirements where required. * Coordinates/consults on the commercial strategy on future site builds with Project Manager and General Contractor. * Submit all project related paperwork at the required time of submission. * Submitting crew activity sheets and Project Field Reports - Weekly Status Reports. * Perform regular quality checks of ongoing production, giving corrective directions to contractors when poor quality or unsatisfactory work is discovered. * Performs other related duties and assignments as required. * Interface with planning systems and embracing a metrics driven performance culture reporting project status. * Liaise with technical authorities for Management of Change. * Other duties assigned. Required Skills and Experience * 5+ years of construction experience. * Basic computer skills with experience in MS Office and MS Project preferred. Experience with Procore is a significant plus. * Current driver's license with an insurable driving record. * Previous experience as a site foreman is essential. * Strong leadership, adaptability, and communication skills are required. Education and Continuous Training Requirements: * High School Diploma. Physical Requirements: * Prolonged periods standing and walking. * Ability to lift 25-50lbs or more. * Ability to travel to construction sites 50-75% of the time.
