REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a foreman or in a similar supervisory role in construction, preferably on residential sites.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to work in all weather conditions.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: €50,000.00-€65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of tradespeople and laborers on construction sites.
  • Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, adjusting schedules as needed.
  • Ensure workers adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate protective equipment.
  • Monitor work progress and quality, providing feedback and reporting to the Site/Project Manager.
  • Interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications to guide site activities.
  • Organize tools, materials, and equipment, ensuring they are used efficiently and maintained properly.
  • Manage on-site issues and resolve conflicts or delays in collaboration with project management.
  • Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
  • Maintain records of site activities, including daily logs, timesheets, and incident reports.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors as needed.
