JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Construction Site Foreman to oversee and work alongside a small crew on high-end residential and commercial projects. This is a physically active position that combines leadership with hands-on work. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily site activities while contributing directly to the execution of tasks. A strong background in residential construction, framing, finish carpentry, drywall, and general renovations is essential. The role requires the ability to manage and carry out the construction of interior walls, flooring, cabinetry, trim work, and other custom features with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A valid G-class driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
  • Hands-on experience with interior framing, drywall, flooring, finish carpentry, and general renovations.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in residential or commercial construction environments.
  • Proficient in reading architectural drawings, construction plans, and assisting with takeoffs and estimates.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating with clients, trades, and crew members.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to anticipate, troubleshoot, and resolve on-site challenges.
  • Proven ability to supervise teams, delegate tasks, and maintain productivity and morale on the job site.

Responsibilities
  • Construct interior framing, partitions, and drywall assemblies with precision and adherence to building codes.
  • Availability for occasional weekend work is required during peak periods and time-sensitive project milestones.
  • Install custom flooring, trim, cabinetry, and other finish carpentry elements with a strong eye for detail and craftsmanship.
  • Interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to carry out builds with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate trades and materials to ensure seamless execution of project phases from demolition to final finishes.
  • Lead by example on-site by working alongside crew members to maintain productivity and high-quality workmanship.
  • Uphold strict safety standards and ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and compliant with all regulations.
