JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in construction required including steel fabrication, steel installation and cladding installation.
  • CSCS desirable but not essential
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and techniques relevant to the construction industry.
  • A valid driver’s licence is required. If you are enthusiastic about contributing to exciting construction projects and have a desire to grow within the industry, we encourage you to apply for this position as a Construction Labourer.

Responsibilities
  • Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks
  • Load and unload materials and equipment from lorries.
  • Prepare job sites by cleaning and removing debris to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately and on time.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good condition, reporting any issues as necessary.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to prevent accidents on site.
