OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to oversee operations at our project site. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and a proven track record in supervising teams effectively. The Site Manager will be responsible for coordinating activities, managing resources, and maintaining safety protocols while fostering a positive work environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a site management role within the construction industry.
  • Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software, particularly Primavera P6.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
  • A solid understanding of health and safety regulations related to construction sites.
