Beams & Dream Construction Services is a growing construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality projects while ensuring safety and compliance with Australian standards. We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee site operations, coordinate resources, and assist senior professionals in the successful execution of construction projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist senior managers, architects, and surveyors in planning and organizing construction projects.
Prepare, update, and revise detailed site plans, charts, and technical drawings. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with Australian building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Estimate project costs and timelines, ensuring efficiency in budgeting and scheduling.
Coordinate work programs and oversee site operations to optimize workflow. Manage material procurement, placing orders in line with project requirements. Ensure construction activities adhere to safety regulations and industry best practices.
Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the construction industry. Diploma or Certificate IV in Construction (ANZSCO Skill Level 2).
Strong ability to interpret and edit site plans, drawings, and construction documents.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate workforce and site resources effectively. Valid driver’s license (must be able to travel to job sites). What We Offer:
