Description

We are urgently seeking a Construction Site Manager with proven experience in leading complex construction projects, particularly in the data center or high-tech commercial sectors.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure timely project delivery from inception to completion.
Lead and manage project teams, including direct staff and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflows.
Develop and track detailed project programmes, coordinating with planners and stakeholders to meet key milestones.
Manage site logistics and resource planning, ensuring manpower and materials are available as required.
Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, and Environmental Compliance throughout all stages of the build.
Liaise closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure design and specification adherence.
Review and manage project costs and variations in collaboration with the Quantity Surveying team.
Chair regular site meetings and provide detailed progress reports to senior management.
Ensure finishing and commissioning works meet or exceed industry standards.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation on-site.
Candidate Profile:
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is advantageous.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Senior Site Manager role, ideally with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor.
Strong track record of delivering large-scale commercial or technical projects (data centers, pharma, industrial, etc.).
Solid knowledge of Irish building regulations and safety legislation.
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Strong ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Pay: €50,347.70-€84,600.74 per year
