Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations at the construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications.
  • Manage and coordinate construction workers, subcontractors, and site activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations , quality standards, and building codes.
  • Monitor the delivery and use of materials, equipment, and resources on site.
  • Resolve any site issues or conflicts , and provide technical guidance when necessary.
  • Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation for management and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Proven experience in construction site supervision/management .
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Good communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
