Our client, a reputable company in the construction and engineering sector, is looking to hire a Site Manager to oversee and manage site operations across Singapore. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in site management, preferably in construction, marine, or industrial projects in Singapore
  • Certifications:
  • Mandatory: BCSS / Supervisory Safety Course (MOM recognized)
  • Preferred: WSHO, Lifting Supervisor, Confined Space Supervisor
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Familiar with Singapore’s regulatory frameworks (BCA, MOM, SCDF)
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and site management tools
Responsibilities
  • Site Supervision: Oversee daily site activities to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
  • Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers and consultants on schedules, materials, and manpower planning.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers. Conduct daily briefings and uphold performance standards.
  • Safety Management: Enforce compliance with WSH regulations and internal safety policies. Conduct inspections and risk assessments.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor workmanship to meet BCA, PUB, LTA, or project-specific standards.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers, and authorities to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
  • Progress Reporting: Maintain detailed site documentation and prepare regular progress reports.
  • Cost Monitoring: Track site expenses, control material wastage, and assist in procurement and budgeting.
  • Handover Management: Ensure project deliverables are tested and commissioned before handover.
