We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Safety Representative to provide dedicated, full-time, on-site safety leadership for a large-scale commercial roofing project such as a data center, distribution facility, or industrial campus. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a proactive, safety-first culture while ensuring full compliance with OSHA, client, and company safety standards. Position Summary The Construction Site Safety Representative is responsible for managing and enforcing all safety programs for a single, large-scale commercial roofing project from start to finish. This role is 100% dedicated to one project at a time and requires full-time, on-site presence for the entire project duration, as required by contract. Working closely with the Regional Safety Manager, Project Manager, Superintendent, and client safety representatives, the On-Site Safety Manager ensures compliance with OSHA regulations, client-specific safety requirements, and Nations Roof safety policies while supporting safe, efficient project execution.  Key Responsibilities: * Point of contact for all site safety planning, JSAs, and pre-task planning * Conduct routine and unannounced site inspections to ensure compliance * Collaborate with field teams to coach safe practices, especially those working at heights * Ensure compliance with all company safety standards and required training, including OSHA 10/30, CPR, Fall Protection, Forklift Operation, PPE, and other safety protocols as applicable. * Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures * Ensure company compliance with OSHA, safety laws, and internal safety protocols * Support project safety through job hazard analysis and proactive safety planning * Maintain accurate documentation using Salesforce or similar tracking tools  What you Bring: * Minimum 3 years in a dedicated Safety role in construction * Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations and state standards * Experience working with crews performing high-risk tasks (i.e. working at heights) * OSHA 30- Required * OSHA 500-510 Certification – Highly Preferred * Bilingual in Spanish and English – Preferred (Written & Verbal) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Strong communication and leadership skills with a hands-on approach  Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Safety, Engineering, or related field * Commercial roofing or similar experience in high-risk construction environments * Authorized OSHA Trainer (preferred) Compensation & Benefits * Competitive salary range of $65-$80K, based on knowledge/experience  * Company vehicle  * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance * 401(K) with company contribution * Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays * Career development and advancement opportunities * Supportive, team-oriented work environment Why Join Us?
