PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

• The purpose of the job is to maintain the safety of the site.
• Security personnel has a vital role in ensuring that the site environment is safe.
• Job includes general security role tasks, including foot patrols, access control, deterring anti-social behaviour, criminal activity.

DUTIES:

• Provide a friendly but firm, reassuring and professional security presence.
• Assist with requests for security, safety, and related services from staff, and visitors.
• Assist in day-to-day security activities.
• Work with Staff and visitors in a professional and cooperative manner for a prompt response to calls for security.
• Ensure that all aspects of security activities within the premises are being adhere to.
• Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences and surveillance activities.
• Liaising with the Police and management where required.
