Commercial/Industrial General Contractor has a position available for WORKING, hands on Site Superintendent. Prefer to be a Journeyman Carpenter with Concrete Experience, foundations, slabs, grade beam, retaining walls etc. and familiar with Interior systems. Drywall, T-bar ceiling, flooring, framing, vapour barrier, installing doors, windows, hardware, washroom conversions. Will be responsible for managing the site, managing crews and subtrades. Responsible for maintaining safety compliance of site. Must have experience in Competitive wages & great benefits. Safety Certifications. 1st Aid, WHMIS, CSTS-09, Fall protection, Elevated Work Platform. MUST have vehicle and VALID driver’s license. MUST be willing to out of town for small projects for short periods of time.

Pay: $40.00-$43.00 per hour
