POSITION SUMMARY

NUQO Modular is seeking a Construction Site Superintendent to oversee field operations on a modular construction project in Burnaby, BC.
This role requires a highly organized, safety-conscious, and values-driven leader to manage the delivery, craning, installation, and finishing of modular units. You’ll work closely with our Project Management team to ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and community respect.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in site supervision or construction leadership.
• Experience with modular construction is a strong asset.
• Required knowledge of SiteDocs safety platform.
• Familiarity with FTQ360 or similar quality assurance tools is an asset.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam for reviewing and marking up construction drawings.
• Strong understanding of BC Building Code, WorkSafeBC regulations, and construction best practices.
• Ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
