Construction Site Supervisor at My Aquatic Services
Salary: $70,000 – $90,000+ annually depending on experience and leadership performance, plus bonus incentives
My Aquatic Services is seeking a visionary and results-driven Construction Site Supervisor to lead and oversee our entire Construction Division, which specializes in high-end commercial and residential pools. As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, operational performance, and financial success of the division. This role involves leading multiple teams, refining systems and processes, and ensuring that all projects meet or exceed expectations in quality, safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a seasoned construction leader who brings strong business knowledge, hands-on experience, and a people-first mindset to support a rapidly growing and dynamic division.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Construction Division
• Oversee project managers, foremen, estimators, and administrative staff across all construction projects
• Drive operational excellence in scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and quality assurance
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, OSHA safety standards, and company policies
• Develop and manage budgets, financial performance metrics, and resource planning
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction
• Serve as the senior point of contact for key commercial and high-profile projects
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Estimating, and Design teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Lead recruiting, training, and team development within the division
• Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to company executives
• Foster a strong, safety-focused, and values-driven culture across all job sites and teams

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

• 7+ years of construction management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record overseeing commercial and residential projects from conception through completion
• Deep understanding of construction operations, budgeting, scheduling, and team management
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
• Familiarity with construction software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or similar platforms

Experience with pool, spa, landscape, or specialty construction strongly preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites
• Ability to pass background and drug screening

• Schedule & Location:

Full-time, Monday–Friday with occasional after-hours or weekend responsibilities
Base location: West Fargo, ND, with travel to active project sites across ND, SD, and MN
Relocation Support Available for candidates moving into the region
