JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on our construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with expertise in pipeline projects and familiarity with industry-standard software such as Primavera, ProCore, and HeavyBid. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage teams, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain project timelines and budgets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices related to pipeline projects.
• Familiarity with budgeting processes and cost control measures in construction projects.
• Proficient in using construction management software such as Primavera, ProCore, and HeavyBid.
• In-depth understanding of OSHA regulations and safety standards applicable to construction sites.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts effectively.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors and laborers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Implement safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Utilize project management software (Primavera, ProCore, HeavyBid) for scheduling, budgeting, and tracking project progress.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and adherence to contract specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members regarding project updates and issues.
• Prepare reports on project status, including budget adherence and timeline progress.
