POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Site Supervisor at Esteem Constructions, you will overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities for 8-10 projects at once. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager & Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with design specifications and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Take ownership of the day-to-day management of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor on-site teams to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Provide guidance to subcontractors and ensure seamless coordination between different trades.
  • Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that work meets the highest standards and adheres to project specifications.
  • Safety Compliance: Prioritize and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with the Project Manager, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Provide regular project updates and address any issues promptly.
  • Schedule Management: Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring that milestones are met and that any delays are identified and addressed proactively.
  • Cost Control: Monitor project costs and work closely with the Project Manager to control expenses and avoid budget overruns.
  • Problem Solving: Address challenges and obstacles promptly, offering effective solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate and detailed records of project progress, issues, and resolutions. Ensure that all required documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • Client Relations: Foster positive relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the construction process.
