Everest Houses Ltd. is hiring a reliable and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations on residential and multifamily construction sites in Calgary. We’re looking for someone who is safety-focused, organized, and confident managing schedules, subcontractors, and materials. QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor
• Strong understanding of construction safety, materials, and trades
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• Experience managing schedules and ordering materials
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Supervise all on-site construction activities
• Enforce and monitor safety compliance (OH&S/OSHA)
• Conduct daily safety inspections and toolbox talks
• Manage daily and weekly work schedules
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors and trades
• Order and track materials to ensure timely delivery
• Verify material quantities and quality upon delivery
• Maintain accurate daily reports and site documentation
• Ensure all work meets plans, specifications, and building codes
• Resolve on-site issues promptly and professionally
• Report progress and concerns to the Project Manager
