REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant site experience, especially in piling and RCD
  • Experience with formwork and precasting is an added advantage
  • Strong ability to read and understand engineering and structural drawings
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to handle pressure in a fast-moving construction environment
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to prepare clear and concise progress reports for management
  • Familiar with construction safety and regulatory requirements
  • Possess own transport and willing to work on-site as needed
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a committed and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to manage and oversee daily site operations. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in bore piling , sheet piling , and reverse circulation drilling (RCD) . Experience in formwork and precasting will be a strong advantage.
This position requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment, can work independently, and is confident in managing site activities, manpower, and subcontractors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise and coordinate all site activities, including manpower and machinery
  • Manage and monitor piling, drilling, formwork, and precasting works
  • Read and interpret construction drawings, ensuring accurate execution on site
  • Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for management
  • Ensure work is carried out according to project specifications and timeline
  • Implement and enforce safety practices on site
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
  • Identify and resolve site issues to avoid delays
  • Maintain proper site records and documentation
  • Lead site teams with strong leadership, discipline, and communication
