QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

We’re looking for a professional who brings experience, leadership, and a passion for building:

• 3+ years of progressive construction experience, including site supervision
• Journeyman Carpenter accreditation preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• First Aid/CPR certification
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications
• Ability to read and understand blueprints (Bluebeam Revu experience a plus)
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods
• Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
• Self-motivated, organized, and committed to continuous improvement

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As Site Supervisor, you’ll be the heartbeat of our construction sites, ensuring projects run smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations and coordinating trades
• Inspecting work for quality, safety, and code compliance
• Enforcing site safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized job site
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications
• Planning and assigning tasks to ensure timely project delivery
• Mentoring apprentices and supporting team development
• Collaborating with Project Managers and Construction Managers
• Maintaining accurate records of attendance, materials, and progress
• Communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Upholding Omnia’s commitment to craftsmanship and client satisfaction
