JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations on the job site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.

SKILLS

• Proven experience in supervising construction projects with a strong understanding of construction processes.
• Proficiency in using construction management software, particularly ProCore.
• Strong skills in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics.
• Experience with budgeting and construction estimating practices.
• Knowledge of quality control measures within the construction industry.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam for document management and collaboration.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
