As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and execution of store development projects on-site. Working closely with the design team, contractors, and external partners, you will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a key role within our Construction Department, requiring strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively. Key Responsibilities: Supervise on-site construction activities for new store openings, remodels, and renovations. Manage project schedules, ensuring timelines are met and delays are minimized. Monitor project budgets and ensure cost efficiency throughout the construction process. Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure accurate execution of plans and specifications. Coordinate with external contractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure smooth project implementation. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare regular progress reports and proactively address any technical or operational issues. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience οf at least 3 years as a Site Supervisor, Construction Project Manager, or similar role in retail, commercial, or corporate construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and technical specifications. Excellent project management and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of project management software will be considered a plus. Ability to lead and coordinate multiple teams and external partners effectively.
