ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Site Supervisor, you’ll oversee all on-site activities for custom home construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You’ll serve as the primary on-site leader, managing subcontractors, materials, schedules, and your team while upholding our company values and exceeding client expectations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
• Supervise and guide carpenters and laborers, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors to deliver work to specifications and schedules.
• Monitor quality, inspect work, and uphold rigorous standards.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site.
• Act as the primary liaison between the office, site staff, and subcontractors.
• Address and resolve on-site challenges promptly while communicating with the Project Manager.
• Support and train team members on construction best practices.
