POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Sr. Project Manager (Healthcare) to lead and oversee healthcare construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory standards and quality specifications. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the healthcare construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage healthcare construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Oversee budgeting and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including OSHA and LEED requirements.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance project delivery and quality assurance.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Manage project schedules and timelines, adjusting as necessary to meet project goals.
  • Implement change management processes to handle project modifications and updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management within the healthcare construction sector.
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder management and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management principles and budgeting practices.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations related to healthcare construction.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies and quality assurance practices.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Agile methodology experience preferred.
  • Certifications such as OSHA 10, LEED AP, or DBIA are highly desirable.
