KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and leadership. * Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines efficiently. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Assist in putting together budgets. * Subcontractor coordination and supervision. * Project document and shop drawing review. * Correspondence with the architect and engineers. * Quality control inspections. * Progress tracking, documentation, and administrative duties. * Perform other duties as assigned. Responsibilities

The intern will assist in preparing budgets, coordinating and supervising subcontractors, and reviewing project documents and shop drawings. Essential functions also include corresponding with architects and engineers, performing quality control inspections, and handling progress tracking and administrative duties.
