OVERVIEW:

We are partnering with a high-scaling GC seeking a highly skilled and experienced Institutional (School) Site Superintendent to join the Institutional Project Team.
As Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process of building new or renovating current schools, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a proven experience as a Institutional (School) Site Superintendent
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation
• Experience with construction estimating and budgeting
• Familiarity with ProCore or other construction management software is preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and supervise a team
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
• Estimate construction costs and develop project budgets

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise during construction

• Manage the construction schedule to ensure timely completion of projects
• Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of on-site staff
