REM is looking for a Construction Superintendent to join the team. Benefits: Competitive commission-based pay, including wages ranging from $70,000-$80,000 depending on experience, will be offered. Remain compliant with OSHA safety standards and state construction regulations. Act as liaison between subcontractors, suppliers, and owners. Routinely update the project manager on job progress. Qualifications: Must be able to work independently and as a team. Attention to detail Ability to effectively communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and owners. Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the day. Ability to bend, reach, squat, and kneel. Ability to lift and/or pull objects up to 100 pounds. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
