SALARY: $130,000-$160,000 + BENS

Allegiance Construction, one of the fastest-growing general contractors in South Florida, is urgently seeking two experienced Superintendents to lead exciting new projects in Downtown Miami and The Roads. We’re looking for passionate, adaptable construction professionals who are committed not just to getting the job done—but to delivering exceptional quality on every build.
They specialize in managing large scale commercial construction projects across healthcare, industrial & commercial. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of overseeing multiple large projects from inception to completion (circa $20-40M+), with at least 5-10 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience as a superintendent in the construction industry
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
