Description

East Coast Construction SD INC is looking to hire a full-time Field Superintendent to assist us with multiple residential and commercial projects in Brevard County. We are looking to hire a hard-working, organized individual with a positive attitude, good people skills and the ability to effectively handle multiple jobs and solve problems. The Field Superintendent will work directly with our Project Manager and the rest of our management team and have daily team conference meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating, directing and managing the daily activities of our team.
  • Organize workflow and ensure that employees and subcontractors understand their duties. Ordering of equipment and materials as needed.
  • Ensuring that our job sites are safe and provide safety equipment as needed.
  • Monitoring productivity levels, quality control, completion of projects and meeting deadlines. Communicates with Our Project Manager and team members.
  • Attending jobsite progress meetings.
  • Submit change orders, Report job site variances to office manager.
  • Execution of punch list and final close out documents.

Job Requirements: Great Attitude, Honest, Hardworking, commercial and residential experience, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ,Outstanding organizational and leadership skills ,Ability to learn quickly, Valid Florida Driver’s License with a good driving record.
Residential and Commercial Construction experienced is required.
Compensation: Competitive Salary, Company truck, Paid Vacations and Holidays,Health and Dental Insurance.
Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday - Friday
