CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERINTENDENT

As we expand our operations in Calgary, we are seeking an experienced Construction Site Superintendent to lead and oversee industrial and commercial projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years of supervisory experience in industrial and commercial construction
• Trade certification or relevant technical diploma
• Knowledge of construction disciplines, cost control, scheduling, and safety regulations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Professional written and oral communication skills
  

  - Familiar with Alberta Building Code and standards

• Under the directions of the VP of Operations, the Site Superintendent is responsible for providing project supervision
• Oversee the scheduling, logistics, and completion of projects safely and on-time
• Perform quality control functions
• Supervise all onsite aspects of the construction of large, complex, technically challenging and rewarding projects
