Who We Want We are currently seeking a highly motivated 1st Shift Construction Superintendent to become an integral part of our team in Fenton, Michigan. 1st Shift hours are 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday. What You Will Be Doing * Supervise and lead a workforce in the assembly and construction of modular mechanical equipment rooms. * Ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards. * Coordinate with engineering and project management to ensure specifications and deadlines are met. * Monitor performance, coach team members, and provide hands-on guidance to support growth and development. * Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and employee performance. * Enforce company policies, safety standards, and ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations. * Troubleshoot issues on the floor and implement corrective actions quickly. * Participate in planning meetings and continuous improvement initiatives. What Requirements Are Needed * 3+ years of experience in a construction, modular assembly, or fabrication supervisory role. * Strong understanding of modular systems, construction methods, or HVAC/mechanical systems preferred. * Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred. * Ability to work on-site full time on 1st shift (Monday–Friday).
