For more information on Hill, please visit our website at www.hillintl.com The Construction Superintendent oversees and coordinates all construction activities by EPC/EPIC contractor(s) related to the fabrication, assembly, integration, and installation of living quarter structures and modules on offshore oil and gas facilities. This includes structural works, piping, mechanical equipment, HVAC, E&I installations, telecoms and coordination with subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, tasked for. General Description of Role and Responsibilities: To manage the overall pre-fabrication / Fabrication and construction onshore of Structures. Efficiency of construction work execution. Technical quality of project constructability review. Construction planning and monitoring (schedule, costs and compliance of work to project specification). Constructability Review and contractors construction plan review. Identification and adoption of the correct HSEQ standards according to COMPANY standards and local norms and legislation. Contractors management including construction work troubleshooting. Managing construction site supervisors. Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills: Bachelor Degree from an accredited university. Work experience of 8+ years in the sought discipline after earning the university degree. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in offshore projects. Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports.
