* Review the required site Man Power Plan (MPP) with construction management and confirm resource  adequacy. * As the Company's representative in the field, organise, administer and control construction in accordance with Company and Client requirements. * Be fully familiarised with the applicable contract requirements, policies and procedures. * Provide effective communication between colleagues, contractors and the Client. * Promote health and safety and ensure OHSA Act is strictly adhered to. * Ensure that all construction contractors’ supervision and manpower comply with all aspects of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policy, site regulations and permit to work procedures. * Apply professionalism and efficiency. * Ensure that construction contractors working within his discipline adhere strictly to the latest Approved for Construction (AFC) project drawings, Specifications, QCP’s and Procedures. * Ensure the timeous submission of accurate Daily Diaries including verification of contractors  Daily Diaries.
