Construction Superintendent/Construction Site Manager (Traveling) to oversee the construction and installation of food production facilities. Current project sites in Hopkinsville, Kentucky and Akron, Ohio. The ideal candidate should have excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities Manage and supervise the entire construction process for adherence to plans and specifications. Plan and coordinate the construction schedule, budget, and resources. Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to see that the project runs seamlessly. Develop and implement effective construction strategies, including safety protocols, quality control, and project tracking. Track project progress and report on status to management and clients. Conduct inspections to review compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. Train and manage onsite construction teams so they meet project expectations. 5+ years of experience in construction management and supervision. Experience with industrial projects a plus. Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and building codes. Willingness to travel frequently, up to 80% of the time, including living on-site. Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize assignments efficiently. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. Salary is Commensurate with Experience.
