Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission (COM) and direct supervision of the Program Coordination Assistant and Project Team, the successful candidate will be positioned on-site, tasked to supervise construction works.
Responsibilities
The consultant will provide on-site technical supervision of construction works, including electrical, mechanical, civil, and architectural aspects for residential projects. They are responsible for monitoring compliance with technical documents and blueprints to ensure the contractor meets all contractual obligations.
