Company Description About Us: TLT Appointing provides recruitment serves via a team of specialist recruitment consultants in the following areas Finance, HR, IT & Telecommunications, Financial Services, Engineering, FMCG & Retail, Consulting & Professional Services, Public Sector, Executive Search Job Description Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards Oversee runway construction works, including paving, surfacing, and associated infrastructure Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project timelines Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance on site Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports Liaise with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders Identify and resolve on-site challenges promptly Qualifications National Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field Valid registration with SACPCMP (Professional Construction Supervisor or equivalent) Minimum of 5-10 years' experience in construction supervision Proven experience working on airport runway/road projects Preferred Requirements: Experience on large-scale infrastructure projects Familiarity with South African construction regulations and standards
