ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee the installation and removal of modular buildings on-site.
This role is ideal for a seasoned tradesperson with strong site supervision experience who can work independently and confidently with limited on-site support. You’ll play a key role in ensuring safety, quality, and project timelines are met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate modular building installation and removal activities on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks.
• Facilitate daily toolbox talks and weekly site meetings.
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports and progress tracking.
• Oversee contract and subcontractor performance and compliance.
