ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing residential construction and renovation projects from start to finish. This hands-on leadership role ensures projects are delivered safely on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise daily on-site activities and ensure smooth project delivery
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
• Monitor construction progress, timelines, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and updates
