Your tasks:

• Monitoring and control of construction execution
• Ensuring compliance with technical specifications, plans and contractual regulations (e.g. VOB/B)
• Monitoring of construction progress, deadlines and costs
• Quality assurance through regular inspections, tests and approvals
• Documentation of the construction process in the form of reports, minutes and photographic documentation.
• Contact person for clients, planners, authorities and executing companies

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field.
• Solid experience in the construction supervision of engineering structures, bridges, etc.
• Confident and professional demeanor when dealing with clients and construction companies.
• Sound knowledge of relevant technical regulations, in particular VOB and HOAI
• Ideally, familiar with the application of the RIB iTWO software.
