• Supervise and coordinate air conditioning installation and maintenance works on construction sites.
• Ensure all aircon systems are installed according to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Monitor daily work progress and ensure project timelines are met.
• Manage and lead a team of technicians and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve any issues or defects promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide updates and resolve technical concerns.
